I’ve been filming the trial of the Vehicle Avoidance Lights (VALs) on London Buses with Jimmy Beam Downlights (JBDL) company director Jim Thompson and film director Ian Marsh. VALs are a revolution in road safety for all road users and pedestrians! VALs puts a halo of light on to the ground which makes the vehicle and its position clearly visible.
